Follow these easy steps:

   Log onto

   Select Banking and then select Stop Debit Order

   Select theDebit Order

   Select Debit Order and then select Stop Debit Order

   Click Confirm

   Read and accept the Terms and Conditions

You will receive a confirmation SMS to confirm that your debit order has been stopped.


To prevent the debit order being processed through your account the following month, it is important to notify the relevant company in writing.

Choosing and specifying ‘Enter amount range’ stops all debit orders from the selected company where the amount(s) falls between the two, so it's always better to stop the debit order for the specific amount that went through your account.
